Rose started her career working as benefits staff for technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Accepting opportunities to work on everything from retirement plans to DOL audits.  As technology companies objectives have evolved, Rose has worked to streamline the benefits practice to scale with company growth and vision.

Why is that unique?

A strong financial risk perspective is a different approach than thinking about employee benefits as an administrative function.  Rose's vantage point will be sure to resonate with the internal teams across your organization.  This practice will also result in less manual process as your organization grows over the years.

FROM STAFF TO CONTRACTOR

Flash forward many years later, Rose still finds a great deal of personal satisfaction working for mid to large size companies at the corporate office as a part of the People Operations and Total Rewards team.  In her current role as a contractor, Rose has the flexibility to accept full time or part time assignments for varying durations and key benefits projects.
